Arian Nicole Muhammad is a mutli-faceted performance artist and MC known both locally and nationally for soul stirring conscious raising music virtually absent in the modern cultural scene for women. She released popular hip hop single "Sarafina's Song", a social-political montage to strong women in history reaching nearly a quarter of a million people. Born in Peoria, Illinois Arian fell in love with hiphop after hearing iconic artist Rakim. She has since shared stages with legends of hiphop  KRS ONE, Rakim, the Human beatbox Kenny Muhammad, Jessica Care Moore, and Kindred The Family Soul.
